Alvare and Jack of Arnoldo’s Lizards have released a striking live performance of their new track “Escape,” filmed high above the city as part of the acclaimed CRVDO Session rooftop series. The studio version is currently in production and will follow soon, replacing the live take’s Rhodes with a classic piano and delivering an even richer, high-fidelity sound.
Described as “a haunting whisper of restlessness and exile,” “Escape” carries the weight of worn shoes on endless roads, the silent scream of not belonging, and the fragile hope that emerges like a rainbow after a storm. It’s a stirring reflection on the desperate need to break free and find a place to finally call home.
The CRVDO Session is a unique performance series filmed in Madrid, offering emerging artists the opportunity to perform one song in an intimate rooftop setting.
