Bob Mould is an American musician, singer-songwriter, and producer best known as the frontman of the influential punk and alternative rock band Hüsker Dü in the 1980s. After the band’s breakup in 1987, he formed Sugar, achieving mainstream success in the early ’90s with albums like Copper Blue. Mould has also had a prolific solo career, blending punk energy, power pop melodies, and introspective songwriting. His work has influenced countless alternative and indie rock artists.
