Tokyo Groove Jyoshi (TGJ) is a high-energy all-female jazz/funk band formed in 2018 in Tokyo by producer Koichi Kaneko (Neko), featuring top Japanese session musicians. Blending 70s/80s jazz, funk, R&B, and rock, their sound crosses generations and genres. Known for dynamic live shows, TGJ has toured globally, including New York (2020), the U.S. and Australia (2024–2025), earning international acclaim with their infectious grooves and vibrant stage presence.
