On March 22nd, 2025, a vinyl edition of the 2020 full-length ‘Violence’ will be released, supplemented with 2 bonus tracks. The vinyl was mastered (and the 2 bonus tracks mixed) by Erwin Hermsen at Toneshed Studio (Legion of the Damned, Deadhead, Headless Hunter). The release date for this vinyl reissue is March 22nd, 2025.
When Grindpad released their full album ‘Violence’ in 2020, it was meant to pave the way for the band.
With a strong release in hand, two big release shows planned in both Utrecht & Berlin, it was supposed to be their moment.
Sadly, Covid ruined everything; the lockdown started LITERALLY on their releasedate.
Fast forward, 2025. Violence is already 5 years old and Grindpad celebrates this with a re-release on vinyl!
Following the success of the EP ‘Sharkbite!’, Grindpad proves once again that they can not only improve but also create a full-length album packed with high energy, violence, and dare we say… fun thrash metal.
